ELEVATE with AIDigital Playbook
A practical digital resource to help you revisit key frameworks, apply them to live AI opportunities and decisions, share the learning with your team, and prepare for the next stage of ELEVATE with AI.
Use this digital playbook in the way that best supports your needs. Start with the section most relevant to the situation in front of you, explore the areas that are useful now, and return to others whenever the need arises.
What this playbook is for
How to use this playbook
Every framework in the library is built the same way, so you can open any one of them on its own and use it without needing to recall the classroom discussion.
Start from the situation you are in
Choose the situation closest to what you are working through now. You can return to the map whenever a different need or decision arises. Each row opens the framework built for that moment at its application section, and readies the resource that goes with it in the toolkit.
If none of these quite fit, the Three Judgement Gates are the safest general-purpose starting point: they work for almost any AI proposal that lands on your desk.
Your Next Steps until Module 2
Two things to complete
Task 1 · AI Use Case Proposal — develop one initial AI use case for your business area. A first-pass proposal, not a final business case.
Task 2 · Framework-in-Action Reflection Log — reflect on how you applied the framework after Module 1: what you reviewed, what you challenged, and how you communicated.
Seven frameworks, organised by the work they support
Each framework is self-contained: why it matters, what it is, when you should use it, how to apply it, and how to share it with your team. Open the framework that best fits the situation in front of you and return to others whenever they become relevant.
Application tracker
Everything you capture inside the frameworks is gathered here. This is the view to open before a conversation with a colleague, or before Module 2 — it shows what you have explored, what is still an assumption, and where your case currently stands.
Everything you have recorded, in one place
Pulled from the frameworks and tools you have used. Select any heading to go back to where you wrote it.
What is still blank
Generated from your own entries. This lists what you have not yet filled in — it makes no judgement about what you have written.
The approved output for each section
As set out in the approved application questions.
The PDF contains only what you have written — your notes, tool entries, proposal and commitments — not the reference content of the playbook.
Toolkit — working resources by situation
Each resource carries its purpose, when to use it and how to use it. Every one can be filled in here, copied to your clipboard as plain text, and pasted into an email, a document or a slide. Open the ones that match what you are doing.
Task 1 · AI Use Case Proposal
Develop one initial AI use case for your business area. This is a first-pass proposal — not a final business case. Work through each section and type into the boxes; sections carry forward and are refined in Modules 2 and 3.
Task 2 · Framework-in-Action Reflection Log
Turning judgement into visible leadership behaviour
Leading Self is about translating judgement into visible leadership behaviour. This section holds the practices that make that happen, and the commitment card where it becomes specific enough for someone else to notice.
Apply · Avoid · Communicate
What you will start applying, what you will deliberately avoid or refuse, and what you will communicate to the people who take their signals from you. Keep it to commitments you would be comfortable being held to at Module 2.

Glossary
Every term used in this playbook is also explained where it first appears, so you should never need to come here mid-task. This section is for checking a definition after the fact.
Keeping a copy, if you want one
Anything you type is stored in this browser, on this device, and is not sent anywhere. Saving is a convenience rather than a requirement — the playbook works as a reference resource whether or not you keep notes in it. Save my results as a PDF gives you a readable copy of everything you have written. Download a backup saves the same entries as a data file, so you can restore them if you change browser or device.
